Graphics troubles windows 7

Hi everyone, im having a problem whit my TV screen i use a 32inch sharp aquos 1080p and the graphic card is a ati radeon 3870. As soon i put the hrtz to 60 image becomes blurr and dosnt fit the screen i tried everything just dosnt make it, when i put it to 59 image is perfectly clear and of top quality fits the screen perfectly but at every 6 second it shows a complete blank frame and its annoying like a .... any idea how i could fix this ? didnt have the prob on windows vista, and the card drivers are updated :confused:
 
Ati will fix the issues. either with a hotfix or with the next drivers. the latest drivers are Catalyst 9.12

If you don't have them now you should go get them.
 
after playing whit catalyst for about 10 hours total :mad: yea i found the solution, im running at 60hrtz and whit a full perfect fluid screen by putting overscan thing to 0 in monitor configuration scaling option ! hope it helps someone else if hes experiencing same trouble whit windows 7 p.s dont play whit zoom or fit screen on tv it only degrade de image quality :cool:
