Graphis Card issues with mobo issues

This is my very very first build. I'm having trouble installing Pny Geoforce 9800 GT 1024 MB xlr8 to my motherboard.

My Specs are

Msi x58 platinum Sli ready motherboard..It looks like it's not lining up right.

Help please?

Yea just take the screw out, then remove the thin metal strip, make sure you use the screw to secure the vid card with too.
