After doing a little research on a PSU im thinking of getting I discovered the OCZ StealthXStream OCZ600SXS 600W $79.00 (49.00 after rebate) is essentially the same PSU by design as the following 2 high end PSU's for alot less money. And testing showed it really puts out 720W.

Conclusion (on page 10)
We loved this power supply. Why? Because it has exactly the same design of two other good high-end power supplies, OCZ GameXstream 700 W and Zalman ZM600-HP, but costs a lot less – only USD 85, on average, in the USA. For the average user this is a terrific buy. This unit not only costs less than competing 600 W products, but you will be also bringing home a 720 W power supply!

I got my Antec 900W True power supply off of newegg for $119 on sale. Just gotta find the right deals. I think it was originally like $250, no rebates either I think they were just trying to get rid of the stock to make room for the new models.
