green led light question mobo

does the green light flash once or consecutively to indicate the psu is working on the mobo? thanks

The green led when constant shows that you have the power to boot the system. If that sees fluttering the board is in suspension.

what do you mean suspension?..lik not enough power to boot up?

The green light being on shows there is power being fed to the board. When it is constant the power is adequate to boot your system. When it wavers or dims or even goes off and then on again the power level isn't reliable to run the system with it's various hardwares.
