ground wire from front panel?

Alright, I'm working on my first build. I've got a bunch of wires coming out of the front panel on an Apevia case. One is black and has wires on the end coated in plastic. I'm assuming that's a ground wire and all I have to do is keep it out of the way. Is that correct?

Thanks.

The plastic connectors on the end should be labeled what they are for. Should be

HDD led
PWR led
PWR sw
HDD led
RESET sw

Yes, they're all labeled, but this one is not. It just has two wires in a sealed plastic sleeve. It doesn't even look like the two wires touch, though they come close to touching. So, if this is the ground wire for the USB and buttons, do I just place it somewhere out of the way?

Thanks again.

So, I figured out, this isn't a ground wire. I think it's a temperature probe for the CPU that goes to the dial on the front of the case. But I still don't know where to place it.

Thanks again.

Yes that would be a temperature sensor. Instruction manual should say place on a fin on the heatink and tape it here with thermal tape.
