GTA SA Car mod

I was looking at the screenshot thread and i saw someone posted a pic of a H2 in the game. (GTA San Andreas) I thought it would be awesome if i knew how to add cars to the game so thats why i am here. I have never modded GTA San Andreas and i want to know how to add cars, and maybe give me some links to sites with car downloads??? Any help will be apprecieated.

well basically you open the game folder, the car models folder and replace any car with the modded one, from what I know you can't add cars, but only replace them with others.
