GTA4 Button LAG

Hey.

I would like to ask few things.

Can someone answer why my GTA4 buttons and numbers and letters lags the game? If i press arrow keys its allright.

My system:

CPU: Phenom x4 955 3.2Ghz
MB:M4A77TD Pro Asus
RAM:2x2GB XMS3
VGA:MSI Cyclone HD4890
HDD: SEA BARRACUDA 1TB 32MB 7200rpm

Heats are very low. The game runs at 60fps.
Whats the problem? WINDOWS 7!!

Just check basic things like, latest drivers for your GPU installed? Game on its latest patch?

Thanks, but that didn't helped.

I got the fix:
So, use (WindowsKey) + (R), type msconfig, go to services, disable Windows event log, apply, Then restart your computer.
