installed both of these items today in my gateway dx4200-09 and wow! im playing everysingle game i have at the very highest settings without a stutter. bought crysis and guess what? playin on high

High settings? Do you mean resolution? I have the same card, and at 1980 x 1080 I can't set AA or increase the game quality without lag; it's set to main stream.

i adjusted every setting to the highest and it says custom next to it.

Well theres your problem, im betting the OP is running at 1440x900 or 1680x1050, 1920x1080 is almost double the res.
