gtx 275 pixelated screen

Hi, I got my gtx 275 last week and everything was fine with games etc. Today I wanted to watch a movie and i noticed the screen was pixelated. I am using 1280x1024 and vga connector if that changes anything. I tried reinstalling drivers but it didn't help. The player i use is 'media player classic' but when i open a video in different player it is ok. Is there something i should change in gpu's settings ? Help I don't want to be forced to stop using media player classic :x
 
While I'm not sure if it will fix your problem, I recommend you upgrade to Media Player Classic Home Cinema, it takes advantage of a few new things in Vista/7.

Make sure your output is set to EVR

Options > Playback > Output
select EVR or EVR Custom (it doesn't matter which)

Also, make sure the Resizer is set to Bicubic.
