When I went to enable sli it kept freezing the whole system. Finally I got it to enable and when I open games the color is flickering and also incorrect. almost as if its in 16bit or lower color (though it isnt) and does this in ALL games. It doesn't do this on the desktop or any other time. I had a gtx 296 RMA'd and I suspect it is bad??? Anyone know about this? Please help warranty is almost up!

Have you tried one card at a time? How are your temps? Which drivers are you using?
Have tried both cards independently, temps are 50s, 260.99 driver. Both cards work on their own, however when I ran the card that was in the second slot as the only card it didn't display anything during boot until about a minute after I heard the windows sound for the desktop load. Enabling sli causes major problems. Like I said it will freeze the computer just turning it on. If I wait 5-10 minutes the computer will finish enabling sli and run fine until I open a game. Starting to sound like the second video card is garbage? The one in question is the one that was replaced too (I keep track of the serial numbers)...
