About a month ago I built a brand new computer. My GTX 570 wasn't artifacting at first, but just recently it has started to get quite bad. It artifacts in every game I play, but Battlefield Bad Company 2 it's the worst in. My FPS is very high (Like in the (80-100) range on 1080p resolution. I have a lot of "kernal mode display driver" failures too. Also, I do have the latest drivers for the card.
System Specs:
Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit
PSU- Corsair HX750w
Motherboard- Asus P8P67
CPU: Intel Core i5-2500k @ 3.30 GHz
RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM
Hard Drive: Western Digital Caviar Black
Sound Card: HTO Claro Plus
