gtx 750ti vs r9 270

This may be a dumb question, but, which gpu is better? A msi gtx 750ti, or a powercolor r9 270 turboduo? Both are $120CAD used. Also, the msi gtx 750ti is the one with 2 fans on it. Thanks in advance! :D
 
Forgot to mention, my pc specs are: AMD Athlon x4 860k @ 3.7GHz, 8gb of DDR3 Ram, and a 600watt psu. And I the games I would like to play are: gta5 on low-medium settings,rust,h1z1, and csgo. Thanks :D
