GTX 760 & panasonic th-37pv500b TV (HDMI)

Hi all,

I am trying to play game at 1080 on this tv and it just is not working.

Battlefield 4 is fine i can play that at 1080 but assasins creed 4 and arma 3 will not let me choose a higher resolution than 1280x768.

It is really frustrating and looks crap.

Does any one have an ideas what i could do?


Btw i am using a hdmi lead in to the telly.
 
Do you have a monitor or other TV to try, to make sure its not the TV? And have you fumbled in the GeForce CP yet? If not, try taking a look and see if you can find something there instead of the game settings.
 
Yeah i have had a look in the CP.

I dont have another 1080 monitor and the only other tv i have is the same.

Couled it be the HDMI cable as it is cheap one from a pound shop lol.
 
Well the resolution's is fine on the desktop. I can run that at 1080. But the option just is not there in arma 3 or assassins creed 4.

It is in battlefield 4 and thats what i am running it at. But the other 2 games...nothing.

I have yet to try any other games as i have only had the pc a day lol.
