GTX570 crashing computer after driver install

So I just reformatted my computer and reinstalled Windows 7 ultimate, then went on to install Windows 10. My GTX570 card worked fine before but now after I installed the drivers the computer will boot up and then randomly shut down randomly. I have narrowed it down to this because everything works fine as long as I leave it at Standard vga graphics adapter. Once the system shuts down it will boot to the Windows logo screen then keep reatarting. Randomly it will finish booting up and it will work for a while. I have watched 3 hours of movies and played starcraft 2 for an hour. I worked just fine but then once it decides to shut down it goes back to the loop until i roll back the driver. I tried another gtx570 card and it does the same thing. Any suggestions?
Build:
Asus Rampage IV extreme
Intel I7 3820 with TT liquid cooler
Corsair 64gb pc3-10666
2 Samsung Evo 250gb ssd raid 0
4tb western digital
Gtx570 graphics

I also tried Windows 7,8, and 10 with all updated drivers

Gonna have to try a different video card, if it doesn't happen then you can assume something happened to the card. You can also try resetting bios back to defaults.
