guestion about OEM software.

i know that OEM OS software can only be installed on one pc.but my guestion is; if i bought a SSD and a OEM OS and i install w7 on it and lets say...my SSD broke/malfunctioned and i RMA it, can i reinstall that same OEM OS back on the new SSD?

Yes. it only matters if you change the motherboard basically. You can get windows reactivated if you change video card, cpu, etc.. but not the motherboard. If the motherboard goes out, you would have to replace it with the exact same or one close enough that has the same chipset.
