Guidance required in deciding what laptop to buy?

My Specifications are -
Processor - Core2Duo/i3/i5
HDD - 320 to 500GB
RAM - 3 to 4GB
Screen - 14"-15"
Ofcourse built-in Wifi, Bluetooth, LAN, Memory Card reader, 4 USB ports

My Working Environment -
Visual Studio 2010
SQL server 2008
Photoshop CS5
Dreamweaver CS5
MS Office 2010
MS Expression Studio
Adobe Acrobat Pro 10
Small Audio/Video converters

OS : Windows 7 Pro
Virtual OS : Ubuntu Server/Desktop
Price - $500-700

1. I was wondering whether to go for Core2Duo or i3, is there a difference in performance? suggest me.
2. Which brand to go for DELL or MSI or <yourchoice>? suggest me.
3. Max battery back up, expecting 3-4hrs. suggest me.
4. I love Chiclet Keyboard layout, do you know the product code that has this type of layout. suggest me.
4. Please tell the product code or provide link of the laptop that is best suitable for my requirements. thanks.
Yes i do watch movies too.
Please suggest me the best product i can get at reasonable budget.

I though you may need dedicated graphic card, but they don't have Win 7 Pro...

Nowadays most laptops Intel HD graphics. I think that will do for me but anyway i am not much into graphics SWs. I am a bit interested in DELL Vostro 3400 vs MSI X-Slim X340. My other concern would be audio output. it should have good sound output too coz i hear lot of music.
