When i try to play Guild Wars i get very low frame rate. i know i meet the recommended requirements because i checked it at game spot.

1270 mb of ram
intel pentium 4 1.80ghz
ati radeon hd 2400pro with 512 mb of ram
soundmax integrated digital audio

hrmm

could be your processor a lil bit depending which guild wars your playing cuz i know eye of north recommends 2ghz but i guess your problem might be something like a driver issue with either the video card or something cuz i can run it fine i get 30 frames or higher sometimes it drops down tho in eye of north but most the time its decent and very playable its either what i mentioned or its something else is your power supply good maybe its not getting enough power or your getting slow framerates do to lag sometimes lag messes up framerate a bit but im unsure of how that will play out

well, when i set all settings in game to low it still doesn't help. i get around 5 to 15 fps normally and when facing straight at a wall i get all the way up to 60 fps. it's weird, here are all of my specs. i have a feeling it might be the video card drivers or catalyst driver. I'm playing the first guild wars game. at game spot there's a compatibility test program and i went way past recommended for the rating.

i see you got agp

hrmm i got agp to you could switch graphics cards and see if that helps are you a ati fan or nvidia i have nvidia card its the one in my signature umm and is the computer you have manufactured by dell or a company or did you custom build it years ago or something.

have you ever changed graphics cards b4? well if you think its the graphics card it just might be i really dont understand why you get low frames when i get at least 30 or more sometimes it drop below 30 tho but not noticeably bad unless lag comes in to play

what ping are you getting on guild wars? while its at 3-5 frames when moving
