guys i need help!!!

hi guys i need some help please,my cd/dvd drive doesn't read the antivirus cd,but it read the recovery cds,so what can i do? it is broken or just some settings on control panel?,,thanks guys for the help in advance

check to see that the cd is not scratched or damaged. if it is... i think there is some cleaners stuff that can fix it. or replace if you can the cd.

it's weird because it read my verizon cd(modem installation),the recovery cd's also fine,but not audio cds and the antivirus cd that i just bought....any other advice,thanks a lot
