"Hacking" into my phone

I just recently dropped my Samsung Galaxy phone and cracked in the inner screen. The phone still works, except the screen is black. Unfortunately, all my contacts and pictures are on there and I am almost positive that they are not stored on the SD card. Is there any way, when plugging my phone into the computer, that I can use the command prompt to access my phone? (Usually you would need to click on the mount button on the phone) If anyone has any idea how to "hack" into the phone from the computer and access the contacts and pictures, your help would be much appreciated! Thank you in advance! :)

Your pictures can be accessed through your PC. When you connect your phone, you can access your SD card or your phone memory.

As for your contacts, unless you disabled the feature, you have them backed up through Google: https://www.google.com/contacts/
