Hacking trouble?

I was recently having troubles with some one hacking my computer. I found that i had a key logger that I had not put on my computer. I just reformatted does this mean that the "Hacker" cant see or control any thing now?

If you reformatted, and reinstalled windows. The keylogger is gone. If you are unsure, you can look up some KeyScramblers.

i totally reformatted windows. I don't truley care if ther is a keylogger i just dont like the fact that someone is "CONSTANTLY" wathcing me

if you reformatted it's gone.
i'd suggest looking around and retracing steps so as not to make the same mistakes and have to format twice a week.
