Had a Trojan. What is it?

Well AVG just removed a Trojan Horse called "Generic9.AADH" from the path "C:\WINDOWS\system32\BASSMOD.dll". My question is, what is this Trojan? What affects may it have had on my computer, and what should I do about it? Thanks.
 
A Trojan Horse is basically a program that pretends to be something that its not in order to gain access to your system and do what it wants, e.g. put in a backdoor or download a virus. If AVG quarantined the virus then it will most likely do nothing more to your system.
 
I think this might be a Malicious downloader. I am not sure I've seen this name before but haven't really looked into it.
