Haihaisoft player no sound?

When I go to watch something on my player, it won't display any sound.

Iv'e tried going through the sound settings, but nothing happened.
I also tried uninstalling it and re-installing it but again it didn't change.

Can anyone help?

what player r u using?
in wmp it's tools> options> Devices, select Speakers, click properties, select the audio device that you are using or set to default audio device.
