Can you play the game?? There should be files in the BIN folder

i can play the game but not using the steps listed. The game runs fine on my computer aside from the stuttering which these steps try to eliminate. Yes, i do have files in the BIN folder but when i try to open the second column on 3danalyze they dont show.
