I know that there is a way to borrow your buddy's HalfLife CD, and then find a CD key, but is there anyway that you can get Halflife off of the internet? VERY sorry if this is against the rules in anyway.
 
you mean downloading steam?
all you need is your buddy's account and you download steam

than go to games and double click on half life
if you wanna play the other games you cant be in the same together but you can play at the same time
 
I meant like, me not having to go out to buy the HalfLife CD. And just being able to DL HalfLife right from my computer.
 
yes, just download steam. then you should have the option of downloading half life, or counter-strike, or anything else.
 
Like 5 people have used the same CD though, and I have no clue who has it. I asked another kid if he could find his, but he also can't :mad:.
 
I HIGHLEY doubt they will give me there account. Does anyone wanna "hook a brotha up"? Lol. I would be REALLY happy..lol.

I'll hook you up with a job @ Mcdonalds, (my friends dad is the manager or like 18 in our area or something lol)so you can buy them.
