in my vaio care, there is somewhere to create a recovery media. for refreshing do in need this? do i need a windows installer? or it does this from the recovery partition itself

That will create actual recovery dvd's. You will need to use DVD-R media. I do believe you can follow this guide on how to do a system recovery using the recovery partition.

i used the system trooblshooting, then what you said with OTL(took a few seconds), now it is working really better! i don't know it is because of the system troobleshooting or OTL, anyway thanks for helping me from beginning.
