Sir its my frist thread in this fourm.

Sir yesterday My computer suddenly shat down. and when i start it then i saw My hard drive format.
Sir big problem that Partition are not show. but in dos hard disc memory show.
Sir please my very very impotent data in hard. and i want to recover. sir when i attach and other hard then partition are not show. how can i recover my data.
please please help me

Anyways, can you run chkdsk on the HDD?

Anywho, try and run a chkdsk /r /p. If it still doesn't boot, try and use SLAX (live CD of Linux) and copy the data to a FAT32 formatted external hard drive.
