Hard drive didn't format correctly - made multiple partitions

My hard drive split into multiple partitions. Long story. Drive is a 1.5 T drive. It made a 576 gig drive and left 756 un partitioned.

Can I combine that 756 to the good 576 gig drive somehow?

If not can I partition the 756 and what would be the best program. Prefer to combine them if at all possible.

Do you have windows installed on it already? You can partition the balance and then choose to extend volume using unpartitioned space I believe.

Yeah I do WIN XP. I am trying to use a 3rd party program called Boot It NG to combine them

The program is free just delete the second extra partion and extend the first xp partion all the way along.
