Hard drive error

Hello to all, I have a maxtor 40gb HD and it looks like the MBR is damage. It is detected in the bios but not when windows is starting get a error. Any 1 have any suggestions to fix it??
 
is the error "Windows cannot start because the following file is corrupt"? or something like that?

If so, try resetting your CMOS by using the jumper located inside the computer labeled "CMOS" or "CMOS CLR", and if that doesnt fix your problem, you will probably have to re-install windows.

And have you tried to overclock anything recently?
