Hard drive for E500 and RAM

I bought 7 broken Armanda E500s on ebay for $217 today (tax, ship, item, ect ect) and I was wondering what type of RAM they use, and what mm the hard drive has to be. Thanks! :D
 
theres this thing...its called google. people type words in the little bar, then they press enter to be enlightened. you should try it!
