Hard Drive For My PC

im currently in the process of choosing the hard disk drive for my PC which I will build fairly soon....I had a question about the Cache of the hard drives....Is there a very noticable difference between 16mb cache and 8mb cache? and what type of hard drive (SATA,PATA,or something else) is the best way to go for this motherboard: ASUS A8N5X Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 ATX AMD

Looks like it supports SATA. I would go with SATA. It's the fastest. (I think). AS far as the cache, I have no clue. I would think it's faster because it's double the amount.
 
thanks...yea i know 16mb is faster but i wanted to know if there was a very noticable difference between the 2 or is it an advertisement ploy...yea i figured it would be SATA thanks for the help...but i need to know bout the cache

im just getting one drive around 250-300gb
