hard drive not giving all the space

hi my hard drive is new and i installed it but it is not showing up with the full 160GB it is only showing 32GB anyone know how i can fix it
 
i think it has something to do with the OS, like if you have the service packs installed or not, but im not that sure
 
This would almost certainly be a BIOS problem. Look for a BIOS update on your motherboard manufacturers website. Otherwise you can download an overlay program or buy a controller card.

Look here for more info. Your hard drive manufacturer should have a page about this issue, the one I posted is for seagate.
