Hard drive problem, please help

Hi all,
My hard drive on this laptop has problem.
I got this laptop on March this year.

I bought this hard drive in the same month from newegg.com to get more space.

I clone the old drive to the new drive and put up the old drive for backup.
I use this laptop for travel purpose as it is light, I have other large one for day to day use. so I pack it in the laptop bag when I am not travel, only to take out to charge and warm up sometime.

Last night I take out this laptop to put some more picture in it, It won't boot and have blue screen. I try few times it is the same. So I took out the original drive and it work in there perfect.

I try to clone it back but it have a lot write error, so I stop it.

What can I do about this drive? Can I use disk utlity to try to recover the drive. Can I trust this drive even it can be recovered? or should I just try to send back to seagate for repair or replacement? it should have two year warranty on it.
If I should try to recover this drive, which utility is best for this drive?

Can disk utlity work with this connect to the drive?

Go to the manufacturer website and download the diagnostic utility. Burn it to a CD and then boot to that CD.

Report back with the findings.
 
It failed the test and returned with error code 9DE2DD53.
If I want to returned it for exchange, is there a way to kill the information on the disk as it is not function properly?

Any other program that works within windows 7 and usb external? I already took out the drive and took out the drive.
