Hard drive problem

My backup 120 GB has been acting weird. When I click on it, it takes about 8 seconds to open. My other drive does not do this. Sometimes when I click it, it'll show everything for about a second, then disappear and I have to reopen it. I've tried unplugging it and replugging it back in but nothing. Is it just an old drive? It is 5 years old about. What do you guys think?
 
I would run a disk diagnostic on it to verify the drive doesn't have any errors. What brand of drive is it?
