Hard drive Problems

Hi,
I hope somebody can help, I currently have an external hard drive (1TB) connected to my TV which allows me to watch Films etc. The problem I have is every time I want to put a new Film on to it I have to disconnect from the TV then run a long usb lead to the Computer, is there any way I can have the drive connected to the TV and be accessible via the Computer.
 
That may just be what I am looking for I had looked at these but was not sure If it would work for me, but there is no reason why it should'nt. Cheers for that.

I Have now brought a Usb Sharing switch, it is all plugged in and working perfectly. Cheers for all the help!!!

I am surprised that no one has mentioned that this subject is against forum rules.
What the OP is doing is Piracy.

Not if he owns the movies and doesn't like digging through all his movies to find the one he wants. Maybe when he buys them he puts them on HD then stores the movie in closet to be out of the way. There could be many reasons.
