i am planning to start a small business on hard drive data recovery. i have been trying to find information on which softwares and system devices i am required to have in order to start this business.

could anyone with any information please advice me on how to go about it.

There's a lot of Data Recovery program such as GetdataBack, Ontrack Easy Recovery etc etc.
I mean you can buy a program yeah , but chances are you'll recover data which might/might not work, and sometimes full recovery on hard drives takes hours on end.
That's why we have professional recovery services which goes far beyond using a program to recover
