hard drive recovery

I cant figure out if I have to replace the hard drive head or not ? I have a 3tb seagate barracuda that was droped . when connected it is not detected in manger or on my computer but does turn on and spins beeps 12 times then stops . someone please help I have very important pictures and different account information that is irreplaceable !

You're gonna have to send it out because it sounds like the drive has completely failed. Mind you, it will be expensive though.

Use Seatools to test the drive and if it passes, change the warning level/reset the thermal cut out level.

ran seatools and drive does not show up ? what should I do I have already opened it myself ?
