hard drive revs

will my 5400 rev hard drive hold me back for gaming. how much difference is there between this one and a 7200 rev one?

Not likely. The only difference you'll notice is the amount of time it takes to load a level or something. The only other time you'll notice is if you need to use virtual memory a lot (here and there you'll not notice but if you have to page out 500MB or something... you'll notice it).
