Hard drive title

So my comp had a melt down and i had to put in a new mother board. Unfortunately what was my d:/ drive is now my E:/ drive. this is a huge problem because any program linking to the files on my former d:/ drive will not be able to find them anymore. Programs such as, my music in itunes, and my video projects in premiere. does anyone know how to resolve my issue with out spending the rest of my life re linking these files.

right click on my computer, pick manage. From there open the storage tree and click on disk management. Right click on your d drive and pick change drive letter and paths.
