Hard Drive Upgrade

Just a quick question. Does anybody know if there is a limit to the size of an HDD added to an old Compaq Presario 5330.

AMD K6-2 @ 380 MHz
320 MB RAM

I've been looking all over but have not been able to find if there is a limit or not. The comp. will be running XP Pro once I get a new HDD for it.

Any help appreciated.

THX.

they come with drivers for older systems that will allow you to use all the spaces. i stick a 250gb in a amd k6 300mhz running 98 XD.

Wow. Thanks for the quick responses guys. So it looks like a 40 gigger is what I'll be running. Just gotta find an old WD 40 GB for the setup and I'll be good to go.

Hey kof2000. You said that there were drivers to run larger disks. Where can I get myself these drivers. I would'nt mind putting an 80 gigger in the rig. :D

THX all.
