Hard Drive won't format

Hard drive won't format or anything. I can't do anything to it. I check it with WD software and it's OK. It's a 1TB WD.

Open an elevated command prompt and do the following:

Diskpart
list disk
select disk "#" (Whichever disk is listed as the 1TB drive)
clean
create partition primary
format quick fs=ntfs
exit
