Hard Lockups without a bluescreen

I've been getting a lot of hard lockups recently. I took a peek inside event manager and apparently there ahve been 17 of them! :eek:

I would like help diagnosing this problem. I upped my cpu volts, nb volts and memory volts to 1.425v, 1.563v. and 2.013v, respectively after the latest hard reset. It occurred when i was watching a youtube video...

They seem pretty random.
 
As i was watching the same vidoe again on youtube.. guess what... yeah another one.

I've gone and removed a PCI wireless card i had in but wasn't using. when i was using it would cause "hickups" with the system, like a hard freeze but for about 1/2 a second. you guys think it could be faulty?
