Nothing incompatible but
1. Id avoid the Newcastle CPU
2. LiteOn hasnt made a really made a good optical drive since the 1673s (which is an older drive), the Pioneer 110 or NEC3540 are better choices :)

Iddn't know they made optical drives back is 1673 :P
