Harddrive Suggestions Please

I am in the process of building a new PC and I am fairly settled on the MSI K8N Neo 4-F socket 939 motherboard with the AMD +3200 Venice core CPU. I want to do serious gaming along with video/media stuff, plus regular Office applications.

So, what harddrive choice would you recommend and why for my new PC? It has been years since I built my last one and much has changed. I am looking for ease of installment and use as well as dependibility. Thanks.
 
i suggest that; whatever the mark it must be NCQ. it effects the performance very much (positively:))
