Hardisk or motherborad problems ?

Hi every one.
My PC has trouble strange. When I turn on my PC and then appear error message look like" No hard disk" but at that time I press (crtl+alt+del ) combination for restarting then error message not appear until windows up .
I did not the reason why.
please help me.
 
We need a little better explanation of the problem and the exact error message. However, it's easy enough to test he hard drive. Download yourself a copy of Seatools (or if you know the drive manufacturer, find their testing tools) and run an extended/long test on your drive. That should shed some light on the problem.

But. I have brought my hard disk to another PC for running trial. It is still normal operation (no error message). If so how about motherboard's cause.

Please help me.
