Hardware assistance needed here

woot, first post in motherboard..lol

SO i was called to fix this PC, it's unbranded.
On the motherboard reads
Prescott FSB 800
Asrock dual Channel, Dual core CPU DDR400
and presume it looks stupid but anyways
this PC won't boot up. No power, i tried removing rams/hard drives/modem/etc/
and leaving the mobo blank with only the PSU but no life.
I even removed the mobo from the Case to see if it will boot, but nah

according to my experience, the mobo is faulty but am not sure cause i haven't tested with another PSU yet

any suggestions ?

If it not booting at all, no power, no fans spinning, no beeps. I first guess would be the P/S then the board.

Bad mobo, i got a new supply same watt, but no power, probably a dead mobo
