Hardware Compatibility for Custom computer

I am wanting to make my own computer and these are the parts I plan on buying

My question is, since the Motherboard's default for Ram is 800, will that not be compatible with the Corsair 675 Ram without overclocking it, or will it still work out of the box?

My question is, since the Motherboard Supports 800, how can I overclock the 675 Ram to 800?

I rather would buy the 800 than a 667, anyway the difference is small like 30 bucks which you can get back by mail rebate
