Hardware Malfunction

I have a Dell Inspiron 1520 with Intel Core Duo 2 Processor, 2 Gigabytes of RAM, Windows Vista Home Premium, and a 120GB harddrive. If you need any more specs let me know.

Ocassionaly, but now more often (ever couple of days), my laptop will randomly, and with trigger, go a a blue screen error that says this:
Code:
**HARDWARE MALFUNCTION
CALL YOUR SYSTEM VENDOR FOR SUPPORT
***THE SYSTEM HAS HALTED***

I have gone to Dell tech support now four times and they havn't helped me out yet! Things they have tried:
-System Restore
-Uninstalling Google Desktop
-Updating Drivers
-Stopping some startup programs (Which has caused some probelms!!!!!)

I honestly don't think that Dell is going to be able to help with this probelm, because every time that they check to see if something is wrong, they can't find anything out! In this way when they try to fix things they are really just blind stabs in the dark. I think that the probelm acutally lies in a defect with some part of the hardware, like the processor, the motherboard, or hard drive. At what point will Dell replace my hardware for me, if ever?

[I searched for a similar topic, nothing was exactly like my probelm]
[I have posted this probelm on a different forum, nobody has been able to help]
