hardware problem with video card

nothing was coming up on my screen, and the lcd on the monitor when yellow, so i put in a new motherboard with AMD duron and a maxtor hard drive, and still same problem. then i switched the original (very old) video card with my new Asus geforece 4. still nothing happend. what do i do? i need to have this computer done by may 13!

Have you checked the monitor on another pc?
Can you try another monitor?
Does it allow you to see the "del" to enter setup?
Check cpu and fan to make sure they are seated okay.
Check if you have proper thermal gel or paste?
Have you check mem sticks and other parts on another pc?

ive checked it with 3 perfect monitors
no del to enter setup
i dont have a fan yet for it
no memory yet installed

i just checked the power supply, put in some DDR, and a diferent HD and still nothing
