Hardware testing, please help..

Ok so I found some software that tested my memory, video, CPU, and hard Drive.. Here are screen shots, could someone that knows about these numbers let me know if they are good or bad, and if so what can I do to make them better?..

It appears to just be the speeds at which stuff works in your computer, and they all appear to be pretty good.

I hope so since this computer hasn't even reached two months old from when I built it.. If you do see anything out of place, please let me know..

Is there a test that checks to see if your CPU/motherboard is using the dual core capabilities it has?

I'm unsure, but you could try SiSandra. It's a pretty good benchmarking tool. The lite version is free.
