Have new Mobo, Which CPU would compliment it?

so im hoping to pick up a new CPU today after work at frys. so im kinda limited to what i can get in store, and from that store. just looking for idea on what a really good CPU is for less than $100.

i was looking at these, any thoughts on these with the board?

AMD Phenom™ X3 8650 BOX Triple-Core

AMD Athlon™ II X2 250 Box

AMD Phenom™ II X2 550 Black
 
If you can the X3 710 or the X3 720 would be much better. You should be able to pick the 710 up for around a hundred bucks, cause the 720 is going for 120.
